The catch in Microsoft's own rollout: it ships a bulk CSV importer with no prompts in it. So I carved a starter library from this repo into Microsoft's exact import format. 👉 **[Organizational prompts import pack →](organizational-prompts-import/)**: 44 production-safe prompts across 8 departments (Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, Project Management, IT, Procurement, Customer Success), a mix of quick everyday prompts and richer structured ones, formatted into Microsoft's `prompt-import-template.csv`. Includes a one-page guide to the limits nobody mentions: the 1,000-prompt cap, the **only 4 can be pinned** reality, the per-field character limits, and the two gotchas that reject an import. > [!NOTE] > This feature is **generally available**: it rolled out worldwide through July 2026 (Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 486695, Message Center MC1396361).
